1.terrify是动词，意思是“恐惧，恐惧”。 例如:

histerrifyingstoriesterrifiedthegirls。

他的恐怖故事吓坏了这些女孩。

2.be terrified of sth。 / doing sth。 意思是“对做某事/做某事感到恐惧、害怕”。 例如:

iwasterrifiedofthetigerwhenifirstsawit。

我第一次看见老虎时吓了一跳。

heisterrifiedofspeakingenglishinclass。

他害怕在课上说英语。

consider

consider是动词，意思是“想、想、想”。 常用于以下结构。

1.consider+n。 /pron。 例如:

wemustconsiderthemattercarefully。

我们必须好好考虑这件事。

2.consider doing sth。 例如:

MR.wangisconsideringgoingtoamerica。

小王正在考虑去美国。

3.consider+连接世代(副)语+不定形:

they should consider what to do next。

他们必须考虑下一步做什么。

consider说“想”的情况下，之后可以和复合宾语一起说话，宾语补足语是名词、代名词、形容词、介词短语、不定形(多为to be形式)等。 例如:

i consider myself to be lucky。

注: be terrified比be afraid语气更强，恐惧程度稍大。
